How do I return an item?

If you want to return an item, please email support@younggoat.co.uk  with the following information:

1. Order number

2. Name on the order

3. Your request

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 60 days of your order arriving. We ask that items are returned unworn, with original packaging and tags intact. 

Returns are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back with Young Goat. Once we have received and inspected the item and it passes all quality checks, we will be able to process your refund. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the original postage cost is non-refundable.

Unfortunately, since Brexit, we cannot accept returns from EU countries.

How should I send my return?

We recommend using a tracked service so that you can both avoid delays and guarantee that your package arrives safely with us.

Returns are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back with Young Goat and we cannot be held accountable for any returns lost in transit.

My item is defective / I received the wrong item.

For those items you do believe to be damaged or incorrect, please email us with photographic evidence at support@younggoat.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt so that the issue can be evaluated and made right. In this instance, we would pay for your return postage.

How long will my refund take?

Once we have received the return and it has passed all quality checks, please allow up to 2 working days for the refund to be processed. A working day is defined as a non-weekend day that is also not a bank holiday. 

Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to become available.

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at support@younggoat.co.uk.

What happens if I’ve used Klarna and I cancel or return my order?

As soon as we have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.

How do I exchange an item?

How long will it take to receive my exchange?

If the requested size/item is in stock, your new order will be re-processed as normal and sent to your original order address at no extra cost.

We try to send all exchanges out the day after we receive them but there can sometimes be a 24 hour delay.

What if my exchange is out of stock?

If the size/item you request is no longer in stock, we will contact you via email. You can either request another item or a refund.

Can I have a refund on the price difference if an item I've recently bought goes on sale?

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on any price difference. You may return your item and order again but please be aware that this item may have since sold out, or may no longer be on sale.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, you may return a sale item within 60 days of its arrival. Please see our Returns Policy above for more information as to how.

Can I exchange a sale item?

Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange on a sale item and would ask you to return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

How can I find out if an item will be reduced or further reduced?

Unfortunately we cannot provide you with any information regarding future sales prices.
