Refunds & Returns

Returns

If you want to return an item, please email support@younggoat.co.uk with the following information:

1. Order number

2. Name on the order

3. Your request

Returns are accepted within 60 days of your order arriving. We ask that items are returned unworn, with original packaging and tags intact. 

Returns are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back with Young Goat. Once we have received and inspected the item and it passes all quality checks, we will be able to process your refund. We will not be able to refund you if the item is not in the same condition as how you received it.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the original postage cost is non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part such as a defective item.

We recommend using a tracked service so that you can both avoid delays and guarantee that your package arrives safely with us.

Returns are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back with Young Goat and we cannot be held accountable for any returns lost in transit.

For those items you do believe to be damaged or incorrect, please email us with photographic evidence at support@younggoat.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt so that the issue can be evaluated and made right. In this instance, we would pay for your return postage.

Once we have received the return and it has passed all quality checks, please allow up to 2 working days for the refund to be processed. A working day is defined as a non-weekend day that is also not a bank holiday. 

Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to become available.

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at support@younggoat.co.uk.

As soon as we have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, please email support@younggoat.co.uk with the following information:

Exchanges are accepted within 60 days of your order arriving. We ask that items are returned unworn, with original packaging and tags intact. We will not be able to offer an exchange if the item is not in the same condition as how you received it.

Exchanges are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back with Young Goat. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the original postage cost is non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part such as a defective item.

We do not offer exchanges on sale items.

If the requested size/item is in stock, your new order will be re-processed as normal and sent to your original order address at no extra cost.

We try to send all exchanges out the day after we receive them but there can sometimes be an additional day delay.

If the size/item you request is no longer in stock, we will contact you via email. You can either request another item or a refund.

Sale

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on any price difference. You may return your item and order again but please be aware that this item may have since sold out.

Yes, you may return a sale item within 60 days of its arrival. Please see above for more information as to how.

Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange on a sale item and would ask you to return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

Unfortunately we cannot provide you with any information regarding future sales prices.
